What it does
One grid, all units
Units in the order you choose, nights coloured by state — tentative, confirmed, checked in, from a portal. Tap a stay and everything about it is one step away.
No double booking, ever
Overlapping stays are refused at the database, not by a warning you can click past. Two people booking the same night at the same moment: one gets it, the other is told at once.
Blocks and per-night prices
Close a night for painting, or price it on its own — a wedding weekend, a bank holiday — straight on the calendar. The booking page shows the same price the same second.
Move, extend, shorten
Move a stay to another unit or another week from its panel, or by asking. The price is worked out again from your rules, and the guest's mails still point at the right door.
Bring what you already have
Units, guests and bookings come in from an Excel or CSV export of any other tool. An empty cell means 'leave alone', and a night already sold is flagged before it lands.
Deleting is deliberate
A booking is deleted only with your owner code, and it takes its registration, review and messages with it — nothing is left half-gone.
How it works
The calendar is the same object the assistant reads and writes — 'Move Ana to the studio' does exactly what you would do by hand.

Questions
How many units can I have?
As many as your plan allows: from a single apartment on Mini to twenty-five on Pro and more on Max. Every plan has the whole calendar.
Can two people work in it at once?
Yes. You, a co-host and a cleaner can be in it at the same time; a change made on one screen shows on the others without a refresh.
Does it work on the phone?
Yes — it is the same app, installed from the browser, with a calendar that scrolls by month under a finger.
