What it does
An invoice per stay, drafted
A draft invoice appears for every stay with the nights, the price and the taxes. Issue it in a click; the number is the next one and no number is ever skipped.
Credit notes
Changed your mind after issuing? A credit note cancels the invoice properly and the numbering stays whole, the way an accountant expects.
Payments and the ledger
Card, transfer or cash — every payment is a line against its stay. The ledger shows what is paid, what is due and what the month made.
Owner statements
For the apartments you run for others: a statement per owner, per period, with their stays, your fee and what they are owed. Export it or print it.
The guest register
Everyone in the party is on the register from the online check-in. Export the period for the local authority and mark it filed — per unit, with that unit's registration details.
Tourist tax by age
The tax is worked out per guest and per night from the age band, so the export carries what the office asks for.
How it works
Changing the property's currency converts every figure in one step, so a book kept in one currency never mixes with another.

Questions
Is this fiscalisation?
No. Invoices and credit notes follow the rules of numbering and content; sending them to a tax authority's live system is not part of it, and we say so.
Which registers?
The guest registers of Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia each have their own export, with the unit's registration details filled in. Filing is a download and a mark.
Do I need an accountant?
Probably still yes — but you hand them a numbered list, a ledger and statements instead of a folder of screenshots.
