What it does
Confirmation with the paperwork
A confirmation in the guest's language, with a PDF they can show at a border, and every later mail points at the same stay page.
Online check-in
From the link in their mail the guest enters everyone in the party. A passport's machine-readable zone is read by the camera, nationality is a picked country, and nothing is typed twice.
A signed rental agreement
The agreement is shown in the guest's language and signed with a tick and a name. It is stored exactly as shown, with a fingerprint that proves nothing changed since, and both sides get the PDF.
The door code, on the day
The code appears on the guest's page only once they are registered, and only from the day before arrival. Nobody hands out keys by message.

Check-in, house rules, the door code, your contact and the way to the door — behind one link the guest keeps from confirmation to departure.
Thank-you and the stars
A few days after departure the guest gets a thank-you with a way to leave stars and a line. Their review lands on your page once you have earned three.
How it works
You see every registration and agreement in the stay's panel — but a saved passport number is shown to nobody twice, not even to you.
- The booking is confirmed; the guest gets the mail with their link.
- Before arrival they register the party and sign the agreement from the phone.
- On the day, the door code is on their page.
- After departure, the thank-you and the review.

What does the guest need?
A phone and the mail we sent. No app, no account, no password.
Is the agreement legally valid?
It is stored exactly as shown, with the name, the time and a fingerprint of the text that proves nothing changed since. Both sides get the PDF. What weight that carries is a matter of your country's law.
Which languages?
English, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Turkish, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian and Montenegrin — chosen from the guest's phone or the link, and remembered for every mail after.
